THERMA TECHTM GARAGE DOORS

The Therma TechTM line of insulated raised panel steel doors adds to Northwest Door's reputation for quality, value and stylish designs. Two products are available, the Therma TechTM (1-1/2" insulation), Therma Tech IITM (2" insulation). Each model is available in the smooth wood grain panel (Contemporary), a standard raised panel (Traditional) or a longer raised panel the (Ranch). All doors hot dipped galvanized and prepainted, with four colors available, Bright White, Almond, Sandstone and Brown. Choose from a selection of 8 window designs.

500 SERIESTM GARAGE DOORS

CONSTRUCTION: The Therma Tech line is made from hot dipped galvanized wood grain textured steel skins that are embossed with raised panel designs then sandwiched with a polystyrene core. This type of construction forms a thermal barrier between front and back of door. 20 Ga. steel backer plates are toggle locked to the inside of the back skin prior to assembly. Exterior skins are secured to a polystyrene core Urethane adhesive, a method of construction that is unparalleled in strength.

HARDWARE: 15" or 12" radius torsion hardware; track is 2" bracket mounted. Quiet long life nylon rollers, non corrosive door fixtures and graduated hinges are standard. U-shaped galvanized struts are supplied with every double car door to keep the door rigid. All doors meet or exceed 12.4/70 MPH wind load per ANSI/DASMA 102-1996.
